(Venue Volunteer Crew)!
All volunteers receive a complimentary Venue t-shirt, which you are welcome to keep and wear any time,
but please always wear it when volunteering.
All volunteers receive one comp ticket for a show of their choice (based on availability).

SHOW SUPPORT
BOX OFFICE (taking and selling tickets)
USHERS (showing audience to their reserved seats, indicating the digital program)
CONCESSIONS (supervising the concession stand - all transactions are donations)
SILENT AUCTION DOCENTS (set up items and bid sheets, clean up after show)
BUTLERS (tidying up backstage after the show)
SHOW MANAGER - ONE PER SHOW
Manage the costumer, props crew, playbill, parent questions, volunteers, and so on.

COSTUME TAILORS
Please note, some positions will be required from families for show participation, but we always need more!

WORK PARTY
Please join us on SATURDAY JULY 11, 10A-4P (OR ANY TIME YOU CAN SPARE)...
...for a much needed work party. We need to: tidy and organize tools and hardware, lighting instruments, props and costumes & clear out the space under the seats as well as the Green Room.
